Project scope
The primary scope is provision of water management services to support the development of the Tilenga Upstream Project Oil Exploration.
Specific services are assessment and provision of potable water from ground water sources and surface water sources broken down into three phases;
- Planning of water supply system – surface and ground water including review of existing studies, development of a network of water abstraction sources, full site reconnaissance surveys, test pumping, issuing of planning dossiers
- Detailed design and construction or installation of water facilities including associated permit applications with the relevant authorities. Works include ground water abstraction from new boreholes to be drilled; design of surface water intake, water treatment plant and storage facilities; works implementation and supervision;
- Operation and maintenance of the Water Supply System
