Gauff Consultants Uganda Ltd (GCU) was incorporated in 2002 and as an offspring of the Gauff Group, it has been delivering quality projects with a focus on professionalism and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards for over 20 years. From our base in Kololo, Kampala, we efficiently manage projects across Uganda, emphasizing excellence and service in all that we do.

At GCU, we prioritize safety and environmental responsibility, following ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards to ensure the well-being of our team and the environment.

Services Offered

The services offered by GCU include engineering design, geotechnical studies and investigations, topographical and cadastral surveys, hydrological and hydraulic studies, environmental and sociological studies, institutional and capacity building, financial & economic studies, feasibility studies, master planning, construction supervision, procurement and project management for roads & bridges, civil engineering structures, institutional & industrial buildings, irrigation systems, asset management, water supply and sewage as well as hydraulic structures and plants, railways, harbours and airport infrastructure projects and other structures including oil production well pads, etc.

Accreditation

GCU is accredited and conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 – Quality Management System, ISO 14001: 2015 – Environmental Management System and ISO 45001: 2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

This Integrated Management System is followed in every section of our activities, from acquisition of projects to completion and handover to the Client. Compliance to the system is ensured through periodic internal and external audits.

Head Office

The Head Office of Gauff Consultants (U) Ltd, is located in Kololo, on Plot 53 Upper Kololo Terrace, Kampala from where, the firm's activities in Uganda are managed and liaison with Clients maintained.

This office directs and co-ordinates activities of site offices in other parts of the country. It is the goal of the firm to maintain a reputation based on spot on and top-quality service.
